As a busy mom of three, I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle motherhood, work, and making time for yourself. I’ve been in the trenches - running on little to no sleep, feeling pulled in a million directions, and wondering how to fit fitness into real life. That’s exactly why I created this space: to help other women feel strong, confident, and capable without adding more stress to their plates.
My mission is to simplify your fitness, make it doable, and remind you that showing up for yourself is not only possible - it’s empowering.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of workouts are inside the app?
Daily Track workouts are 30 minutes or less and are scalable to complete at home or in the gym. You will also have access to other programs of varying lengths inside your app membership with the On Demand feature!
Do I need any equipment?
All you absolutely NEED are 2 dumbbells to complete the Daily Track workouts. Anything else is a plus!
How much experience is necessary?
None! These workouts meet you where you're at and grow with you as your fitness increases.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! If you’re on a month-to-month membership, you can cancel at any time, no questions asked. You also have the option to pause your monthly membership if you need a break for personal reasons and want to come back to your profile at a later date.
Annual memberships are a commitment for the full year and can’t be canceled early, but they give you the best value if you’re ready to go all-in.
